All cancellation requests must be made in writing. We regret that refunds cannot be made for “no-shows” or cancellations received after September 10, 2021. Substitutes are welcome.

As a participant in this event you may be photographed in group or individual shots.  MOCIL has the right to use these images in photographs, videotapes and electronic reproduction.  In the event that we interview, film and/or record your words, we will seek your express permission.
