Tri-County Center for Independent Living in Rolla, Mo. serves the counties of Phelps, Pulaski, and Laclede. We have approximately 141 Consumers. Our center has been open since 1995.

We also offer In Home Services, under the name Home Outreach for Personal Excellence (HOPE), VA, Private Pay, and Private Insurance. We are a dedicated group of employees that have our Consumer’s best interest at heart and we take pride in knowing we are making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. As a CIL, we also provide necessary community resources and many other services to our consumers to keep them in their home, independently.
