Our mission is to assist individuals with disabilities to live as independently as they choose within the communities of their choice.

RAIL offers the required five Core Services of Information and Referral, Peer Support, Independent Living Skills Training, Advocacy and Transitioning. Both of our offices are also Missouri Rehabilitation Services for the Blind Low Vision Centers, and participate as a Vendor for Consumer Directed Services (CDS).

Other additional services we provide are assistance in obtaining Durable Medical Equipment, Personal Care Products and the Telecommunication Access (TAP for Telephone program.
