DCAI provides a variety of free services including Independent Living, Consumer Directed, Education and Transportation. From providing transportation for our consumers to their medical appointments to our Education department enriching the lives of over 600 children in our surrounding communities, DCAI is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities while promoting Independence.  

We educate and raise awareness among local organizations and schools about different types of disabilities, various forms of adaptive equipment, and disability etiquette. DCAI provides extensive community education and outreach, including sponsoring the Iron County C-4 School Jaypack Program, providing nutritional weekend meals for children, supplying Back-to-School supplies, offering holiday food baskets, maintaining an emergency food pantry, hosting Halloween and Christmas events, and even operating a local accessible License Office.  

In 2014, DCAI formed DCAI Foundation furthering the scope of services offering agency based In-Home Services, Accessible Housing, and Individualized Support Services for individuals with physical, developmental and emotional disabilities.
