DCAI provides a variety of free services including Independent Living, Consumer Directed, Education and Transportation. From providing transportation for our consumers to their medical appointments to our Education department enriching the lives of over 600 children in our surrounding communities, DCAI is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities while promoting Independence. We educate and provide awareness to local organizations and schools on different types of disabilities, various types of adaptive equipment and disability etiquette. DCAI provides extensive community education and outreach including sponsoring the Iron County C-4 School Jaypack Program, proving nutritional weekend meals for children, the annual Back to School Fair, holiday food baskets, emergency food pantry, Halloween & Christmas events and even offering a local accessible License Office. In 2014, DCAI formed DCAI Foundation furthering the scope of services offering agency based In-Home Services, Accessible Housing, Individualized Support Services and most recently Behavioral Health services for individuals with physical, developmental and emotional disabilities.
