Bootheel Area Independent Living Services (BAILS) IS A 501C3 chartable organization form in 1996 in Kennett, Missouri to address the barriers that people with disabilities face regarding independence, choice and community in the Missouri counties of Dunklin, Pemiscot, New Madrid and Stoddard.  Since that time, through the overwhelming support of our consumers, BAILS has grown to become one of the largest Centers for Independent Living in the State of Missouri.
