Access II serves the counties of Caldwell, Carroll, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Livingston, Mercer and Ray. Access II ILC is located in Gallatin, Missouri and serves consumers throughout a rural catchment area. The mission of Access II is to provide programs and services that encourage and help sustain greater independence for persons with disabilities within our communities.
