MOCIL will send registration confirmation via e-mail to the person completing the registration form. Individuals or groups may register using the online form.

Please request accessibility services when completing your registration on this site. 

When making hotel reservations please be sure to communicate your specific accommodations to the reservation agent at the Hampton Inn Columbia, (573)777-9214. 

Once registration has been completed, no refunds will be issued, however substitutes are welcome.

As a participant in this event you may be photographed in group or individual shots.  MOCIL has the right to use these images in photographs, videotapes and electronic reproduction.  In the event that we interview, film and/or record your words, we will seek your express permission.

Book Your Hotel Room

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia (at the University of Missouri)

Across the street from the University of Missouri on Highway 740. The Hearnes Center, Mizzou Arena, and the University Hospital are within minutes of the hotel.  Downtown Columbia is only two miles away. Relax in the indoor pool. Hot breakfast and WiFi are included with your stay.

Multiple Reservations

To book and pay for multiple reservations, please send your reservation list to:

They will create the reservations and provide you with a master list containing all the confirmation numbers.

This process ensures your tax-exempt status is applied to all reservations and prevents multiple authorizations on your card at check-in/check-out. All charges will be consolidated on one bill, with a single card authorization.

If needed, they can still split the master bill to collect cards for incidentals from guests upon arrival.

Tax Exempt Individual Reservations

If an individual is booking and paying for their own room, but is tax exempt they would need to send that tax exempt letter along with their confirmation number to Evangellin.Ahn@Hilton.com (Sales Manager) and Kristi.Higgins@Hilton.com (Sales Coordinator) and they will manually associate the tax exempt status, and file the tax exempt letter for their records.

Guests do not have the ability to input tax exempt status on the booking link to ensure hotels obtain physical copies of their letters for IRS auditing purposes.
