Conference Information
Please request accessibility services when completing your registration on this site. When making hotel reservations please be sure to communicate your specific accommodations to the reservation agent at the Hampton Inn Columbia, (573) 214-2222.
MOCIL will send registration confirmation via e-mail to the person completing the registration form. Individuals or groups may register using the online form.
Once registration has been completed, no refunds will be issued, however substitutes are welcome.
As a participant in this event you may be photographed in group or individual shots. MOCIL has the right to use these images in photographs, videotapes and electronic reproduction. In the event that we interview, film and/or record your words, we will seek your express permission.
Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia
Group rate will be automatically applied.
